YES! Well done matey 🙂
thank u 😉
Quoted message said:12mph was about my average over the Manc to Black run - not great but it got me there in the end.
Next year I hope to do it much quicker.
im lookin forward to starting my commutes - the 30 mile round trip is gonna be my make or break for
cycling, fitness and weight loss i think - once im getting my exercise by just going to / coming
from work providing i can manage my food intake a bit whilst doing it then the weight should just
start to flow from the body!

yeah .. goin okay, slowly but ok - i have a holiday to florida to look forward to at the end of
august for 2 glorious weeks so once back from that is really when im gonna start concentrating on
getting ready for my commute
Quoted message said:Sounds like a plan but try for the 15, I don't think 2 miles will make all that much more
difference. Unless they're up hill of course 🙂
even the flats are hills .. im sure the world is round or something coz ive never ridden a
completely flat road yet - but thats just a stupid idea, eh ... we all know the earth is flat!!
