The Crashman asked me to step into the other room, on my computer, to apologize for his double and triple posts. He's really only clicking once (I watched one time), but always generates duplicates.
He's using a Logitech trackball (with laser??). If anyone knows how he might adjust the thing, I'm sure he'd love your advice.
Ah! Now they're 7 minutes apart - we're making progress...?
Once I got an optical mouse I never had a problem with the mouse again. Trackballs are a PITA IMO.
I love my track-ball....Works fine...but I can offer no hints as I am runing ME...not what you'd call leading edge software....And my ball isn't a USB type mouse...which I'm guessing Crash's is.
-- It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios!
A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

Go to the control panel and check the mouse settings. My first thought was a server belch from your ISP but since your post only showed up once, I think Crash might be a little heavy on the clicker.

Nah. gotta be the ISP or software (click speed), a couple of the duplicates are 7 min apart.
