Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to rid myself of Acid Reflux with natural juices? What
ingredients, etc. Please respond. Thank you.
Stop consuming most grains, especially the ones with gluten like wheat &
rye. These stop and plug up your digestion causing back pressure. Heal your
hiatal hernia to an acceptable level and change your pH levels so your
digestion works better. Usually magnesium, sodium and potasium works to
lower your body acid levels. This can take months to effect.

Fresh, home made juices help to alkalinize the body. By themselves, juices
cannot heal a hiatal hernia or stop acid reflux.
To heal a hiatal hernia and stop acid reflux, you must:
Stop eating in the manner that you promote indigestion. Arrange your meals so
that you eat mono meals. That is, one type of food at a sitting. Fruit,
protein, or carbohydrate but do not mix them. Also, use some good digestive
enzymes as a digestive aid.
Alkalinize your dietary. A sick body is acidic. A healthy body is alkaline.
Most fresh, uncooked foods are alkaline. Most grains are acidic. All meats
are acidic.
Juicing helps greatly here. Check you saliva pH with narrow range pH paper.
Healthy saliva will be slightly alkaline when eating carbohydrates.
Begin a detoxifying regimine.
The acid reflux can be stopped within days, and the hiatal hernia healed within
months.
DrC PhD
Just to clarify. Even though a lemon may be very acidic, it produces an
alkaline effect / response in the body.
The hiatal hernia will probably never go away but by getting it under
control you will improve it and live much better with it. The alternative is
to continue the way you are and learn to unintentionally vomit regularly as
it gets worse. Arthritis, tendonitis and many other auto-immune diseases may
become your friend.
Go see a doctor about it. They know nothing about this. Watch your wallet
carefully. Surgery is just a bad patch and makes the damage permanent.
Drink room temp water (about 8 oz) in the morning and then bounce on your
heels, pulling the herniated valve back down through the diaphram. This may
help some if done regularly.

True. The citric acid makes the lemon test acidic to the chemist, but in the
body the minerals will test to be alkaline. Only the allopath doesn't know the
difference or really give a [censored].

Can't agree here. The hiatal hernia is like having two stomachs. A
pre-stomach prior to your normal stomach wherein the tissues of the throat have
changed into psuedo-stomach cells to avoid being digested by the gastric
contents and the pepsin.
Once you have stopped the indigestion, corrected the toxemia, and allowed the
sphincter valve which shuts off the stomach from the throat to renew its
ability to function, you will not have a hiatal hernia. What you will have is
a very real tendency to get it again if you fail to maintain your health.

These dis-eases are typical of metabolic acidosis which affects nearly all

The medical gods do know how to charge. Inflation may be only 2% but your

Sadly, very, very true. Ever had your stomach pulled up above your diaphram
and re-constructed as many have had for a hiatal hernia?
At least they tell you that you will never be able to vomit again.

Don't know about that, but I do believe in "lymphasizing" whereby you bounce on
a mini trampoline for about 10 minutes a day to promote lymphatic movement.
The movement of the blood is esential for providing the elements of life.
The movement of the lymph is essential for the removing the eliminations of
life.
Failure to allow the lymph to move for even 24 hours results in death for the
human. We suffocate and die in our own uneliminated cellular waste.
DrC PhD.
That is just as the surgeon described it! I have not heard about the
vomitting disability. This makes total sense.
Boy these alternative surgeons can really be a no-no. People should stick to
mainstream natural medicine whenever possible.

"Tendency to get it again" -- nope, it didn't go away. The s/s merely
diminished. The cardiac sphincter may or may not function as it
ideally should, but that's certainly quite different than a hiatal
hernia.

You need to differentiate between the various kinds of arthritis --
osteoarthritis is a result of use over time -- not at all like
rheumatoid arthritis. And to classify tendonitis as an auto-immune
disease ignores the fact that repetitive stress & traumatic injuries
cause it.

Part of these increases can be attributed to the spiraling cost of

impressive money out of doctors, hospitals, & other health care
providers.
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:Surgery is just a bad patch and makes the damage permanent.

The surgery consists of repairing the hernia -- much simpler.

As evidenced by lymphedema, localized impairment of lymphatic fluid

A common alt health myth. The pH of the body is very tightly
controlled, and the only thing that really changes much in acidity
is the urine. Your blood can only range from a pH of about 7.2 to
7.6 (normal is 7.4). All of these are slightly alkaline, and if
your blood pH goes outside those ranges for long, the undertaker
has a new customer.

You clearly cannot distinquish cause and effect. The constant
indigestion puts pressure upon the cardiac sphincter valve. The
indigestion breeds toxemia and weaking of the valve. Result? The
stomach gastric juice is allowed to contact the cells of the
esophagus. In response, the cells change to survive and resemble
stomach tissue. The individual then develops two stomachs...a pre
stomach and the real stomach. This is the hiatal hernia.

Today there are still only 5 kinds of arthritis.

*one* cause of arthritis & your inability to realize that speaks

you don't understand the mechanisms which cause the problem. You need

Skeletal muscle movement provides most of the impetus for the normal
movement of lymphatic fluid. Many of the lymphatic vessels are not
superficial, but deep within the muscles. You need to study a bit of
elementary A&P, Dr. Know-nothing.

If the person kills themselves, of course the lymphatic fluid stops

This is very important, and since I am married to a nurse, ever more
important.I am reading a non filtered newsgroup where I have to put up with the

Dumb and dumber. Clearly you have not read any of the published
scientific literature published by those MDs who study the lymphatic
sysem.I will stay with dumb and dumber. This cranky, dumb blonde has no
knowledge of the lymphatic system or how it works.Quoted message said:
Skeletal muscle movement provides most of the impetus for the normal
movement of lymphatic fluid. Many of the lymphatic vessels are not
superficial, but deep within the muscles. You need to study a bit of
elementary A&P, Dr. Know-nothing.Again, read what those who study the lymphatics have to say. You are
quite mis-informed.Quoted message said:

She really does not have a clue. The most respected physiology
textbook in the world agrees with what I have said. Try reading
Guyton's textbook of medical physiology.Once again, let me apologize to all the great nurses out there. I
would rather have one good, caring, loving, nurse at my bedside that
10 MD's with their little black bags full of poisons, potions, and
lotions trying to poison me back into health.DrC PhD.

Aww, poor you. How tragic that you must 'put up' with this. Your
wounds are self-inflicted, Chuck -- if you didn't post such reams of
folderol, you wouldn't take flak for it.

Glass houses, Chuck.

And then you corrected her misspelling of "their" even though she had
it right in a later paragraph, so there you are, assuming that what
she typed was not a typo. Hypocrite.

I have seen no evidence that the supposed "quotation" from Pasteur is
genuine.

Yes, Chuck, but just because you're nuts doesn't mean we should all
join you.
