beat his time.
And he will lose tomorrow, at least 30sec to Jan.

I really believe he was referring to his post-cancer Tours 1999-on. He doesn't often refer to the
pre-cancer ones.

He hasn't lost to Ullrich in an ITT since cancer ... well, he did twice this year.
