    Please tell me, whats it in English:
    the ring on the steertube for the headset ?
    (or threadset)

    Greetings from the Dutch Lowlands.

  2. The spacer(s) are the rings that go below the stem, above the headset.

    Or are you talking about the races? Those are in the headset itself?

    On this fork is a steertube. Right ?

    The bearings of the lower part of the headset
    (which is placed in the lower part of the frame-steertube)
    rest on this ring.

    Is that a -race- ?

    In Dutch its called a -vorkconus- .
    In English a -forkconus- ?
