Ya, know Phil, the plants have been looking a bit ragged lately. Maybe there's too much salt
in the soil.

I think Phil has discovered the solution to California's perenial water shortage. Now he just needs
to go to L.A. (not Lance Armstrong) and inform them they have a whole ocean next door.
Phil may not be as dumb as you think, there are desalination projects on the coast near there.....

Cheaper than the plan the Spanish are proposing to divert rivers from south to north. Irrigation
water would be about a dollar (US) a litre with that scheme. Almost cheaper to buy it bottled.
