  1. Has anybody had cycling jersey's screen printed? I only want to do a couple of them. I see performance sells jerseys that are screen printable. Is there any difference between those, and a conventional jersey? I know that the sublimated jersey's are much nicer, but I don't want to order enough to make minimum order(usually six), and the are also quite pricey.

  2. volerware.com will do as little as one jersey in a semi-custom design for about $120 - the price goes down as you order more and for 2 the price drops by $30 to $90 each. (volerwear.comcustom.asp)

Sublimation printing is much better because it lasts longer and, most importantly, it breaths. Screen printing is paint on the fabric which will peal and block the airflow.

If that isn't that important to you any silk screen shop can print the jerseys for you. You will run into a similar issue with it being more expensive to do just one or two jerseys.

  3. i would check with Voler. hey have a great program for screen printing and doign small batches. Not the cheapest, but great quality and a fair price.
