First, to keep this on-topic, there's a picture of Saturday's grilled
chicken and tomatoes on my Yahoo page. I served the meat and 'maters on
12-grain bread with lettuce, mayo, and some homegrown basil:

Crash got a clean bill of health from his surgeon at his post-op visit this
past week, and is scheduled for the other hip replacement in mid-October.
I've been concerned about how long he's been having post-op pain, so I
asked the doctor about it. He said with his usual 65 year old ladies, the
pain subsides more quickly because they have less muscle mass. Crash is a
mere child of 41, so more muscle was traumatized, and he'll likely to still
be on pain pills when he goes back in for the second hip, 4 months after
the first one. No one seems to be concerned about addiction, so I'm trying
to worry less about it, myself.
I'm still quite ill, but am seeing some improvement, so I guess that's
good. Don't ask what's wrong, just trust me when I say you don't want it.
I'm not up to reading and posting regularly yet, but thought I'd keep in
touch.
