this tour was effectivement boring and I think TDF is overhyped, the last
thing that remains romantic is just when they cross the Pyrenees, all the
    rest is boring

you seems to take a pleasure thinking that you humiliated us 7 years in a
row by winning the tour and that we are all vexed, I must say that it's not
    true at all

Actually, YOU are the most boring ever.

Take yesterday's TT. That wasn't boring. Just watching Rabobank's inept crew
was far less than boring. Maybe they started the champaign a day too early?

You think I'm part of the "YOU" when I am actually part of the "US".
Americans beat our ass, not to mention saving it in WWII.

I am not part of the people that hate americans or Lance, it's just that the
tour is boring for people that like long epopées and suicidal and latin
    manners of racing

Well then you should be satisfied with the loser French tactics this
    year.
American racers don't share your opinion, which explains why they did
    so much better.

I'm not trying to speak for everyone but people like that don't represent
most cycling fans in the US. Some of the French riders are very classy and
    appreciate what Lance is doing.

Believe me, their behavior isn't going unnoticed. Those of us that respect
the sport applaud all the riders and fans regardless of their country of
    origin.

I am not satisfied by any french or italian, each new generation is more

Only because a gifted athlete paired with a brilliant DS (Bruyneel) and
realized with some real emphasis on team tactics the race could be won.

We will now return to inter-team rivalries and wild charges up the hills
    and across the plains.

It really has made me appreciate the giro and how much more fun it is.
Wahhhh.... I wish I could have seen it this year!

Well if you think this tour was particulary exciting that's just that people
looks it apparently with different eyes.

LOL. It is Lance's fault the other douchebags don't show up with
sufficient conditioning to make a race out of it.

Let's make bike racing socialistic, where everyone is a winner. HFS.

for the last time it's not a question of Lance or that he is american, it's
would have been the same boring tour if it was Ullrich that had finished
    first this year

the oft parroted retort to this statement the other "douchebags" have to
race a real program, not just show up for three week engagments in France.
