  1. FS: 2001 Rans V2 Custom
I'm selling my custom V2 in order to get into a custom Strada. I like the V2 but it wouldn't let me recline as far as I have learned that I like. My girlfriend at 5',5" loved the bike because she could go a lot faster than she ever had on any of the other bikes she had ridden. She has now decided she wants her own bike and so I am selling the V2 with only 380 miles on it - I only put on about 25 of the 380. Jennifer's 380 miles were done at the Jax-Baldwin rail trail, the Withlacoochee (sp?)Trail and the short tour around the neighborhood. 30 miles a day was her max and we never rode in adverse conditions. The bike was always kept in the house. The V2 was built from a brand new frame by Mark at Power On Cycling. In fact he has the bike now to help me sell and ship it. For further info and pics see my ad on ebay.

  2. So ...what you're saying is neither you nor your girl friend liked the V2 enough to keep it. No? If
so, that's OK. Lots of folks love the V2. I'm just not one of them. ;-))

Cut the seat stays to recline it further.

  4. Thank you for your responses but I am really just trying to sell a bike that is in near new (actually better with the upgrades) and through the dealer that built the frame up from new with all the current components except the kickstand.

    Again thank you for input.
