I got a sample of a product called "True Lemon" when I made a purchase at Amazon.com the other day. It's a dehydrated lemon juice product that comes in small packets, similar in size to artificial sweetener packets. One packet is good for flavoring about 12 ounces of liquid, such as tea or water.
I tried making lemonade with it, and it was surprisingly good. It tasted fairly lemony, although it did not have that good strong lemon oil fragrance you get when you squeeze your own, and it didn't color the water, either.
I don't know what it costs, and haven't seen it in the stores yet, but I think it might be a worthwhile product where real lemon juice might be hard to keep, such as at work, or while camping.

Oooooh. This may be the way to finally make REALLY lemony cookies! I hope it shows up here.
Boy, they have been sending out samples forever. You would think it would hit the market pretty soon. I don't remember where I got it from exactly, but I had a sample of this stuff about 6 months ago. It's pretty good(considering).
I have not seen it in the stores, but Baltimore Coffee and Tea has it for ordering over the net. www.baltcoffee.com

I will have to drag myself out in this heat and find some--even though I can't say I am going to then bake with it today. This could be VERY useful. I have been trying to figure out how to make REALLY lemony cookies for a LONG time!!!!! Thanks so much for posting about this.
