  1. I was thinking about trying out this periodization setup at exrx.net to
change things up a little. Is there a target number of reps for each
week or should I just keep lifting the weight and save one or two reps
    in the tank?

My goal is to increase strength and I'll take any muscle growth that
    comes along with it :-)

    Thanks!

Thanks for the website. That was a very interesting article and I may
try it out and see how things go.

    Thanks Joanne.

I've done a periodization program from Krista's website before but am
now looking for information on the wave periodization schedule. I didn't
really think about it when I posted my question but I suppose I could
find the reps I was looking for from one of the linear periodization
    schedules linked on her site.

    Thanks,

Yes, there should be. The number of reps should generally decrease
    as the intensity increases.

    Here's a couple of examples.
