  1. That's it, may Radio 5 Live never darken my wireless again!

    First up they go straight into a TdF spoiler (not during a sports
    bulletin, no prior warning, just "X won the stage"😉 then immediately
    follow it with P**l "you don't need a speedometer to drive safely"
    Sm*th.

    Radio 5 Live *is* a Sports and News station. Maybe if you were tuned to
    Radio 3 or Classic FM for the duration it wouldn't have happened ;-)

    I complained to them last week when they did exactly the same, at least
    sports talk give you a lead in "today in the TdF..." which lets you leap
    across the radio/car* and switch it off.

    They will , for other sports *where the event is on BBC tv later* do the
    classic 'turn off now if you dont want to hear the result' announcement.
