What are the long term effects of low carbohydrate diets?I'll list mine.
Lower bad cholesterol. Lower triglycerides. Easier
loss than with other methods. Blood pressure pegged
on normal ever since I started. No more back spasms
(direct result of smaller spare tire). No more
migraines. Flatulance greatly reduced. There's also the cluster of stuff from learning my
food intolerance and avoiding that one type of food:
chronic cough gone, indigestion gone, snoring went
from constant loud to occasional not loud, sweating
after meals gone.Given that low carbing is inherently healthy it
should come as no surprise that my health is better. -
