You forget that it's double up on the last climb of every stage - even
though the stage doesn't end there. Thursdays final two climbs will
decide it. However, i dont see O.Pireo win there.
Rasmussen will try to take out time on I.Basso and J.Ulrich there, and
i think he will take the stage and a little minute on J.Ulrich.

No I didn't. It's only double for 2nd-, 1st- and HC climbs, and that only
applies to stage 18 where the last climb is cat. 2 (20 instead of 10
points for the first).

It's a good thing for the viewers. Ras must go, so Basso and Ullrich
must go, which means Armstrong will go.
I expected stage 15 to be the big blow up but I think we'll have a
couple more exciting days before it's over.

effect in both the Giro and the Tour this year. I have to go back to
