  1. Just curious, does anyone has a feel for avg kmh, vo2, watts, heart rate of
    greats from the past vs. current top tier riders? Also, I assume today's
    teams are generally faster, but is this primarily due to technology (i.e.,
    better equipment) or advances in training and nutrition?
