    No, it's WebTV's fault. They broke into Lass's house, tied her up,
    installed WebTV, then forced her to use it at the point of a gun.

  4. Well, she went to great lengths to explain how WEBTV worked better for her
    with her impaired vision than a computer does so I guess I would call it a
    choice rather than a fault.

    the IT manager at my place of employment is legally blind but manages to
    run an entire network without having to resort to webtv.
