I had the same thing happen on an old pair of carbon soled Shimano
shoes. I just used some glue (the sort that smells really nice when you
sniff it) to stick it them together again and they were as good as gold.
I bought a new pair of the Shimano triathlon shoes cause my feet have
grown a bit over the years, the new shoes are great. I had to buy new
pedals though to suit the newer style cleats.

Was planning on gluing them, but seeing as I don't need them this weekend,
I've got time to hassle the bike shop. They're good blokes. They'll give
me a deal.

I have had exactly the same thing happen to my TIME shoes. You are very lucky to get 12 months, I got 5 weeks before the left sole lifted from the heel and started peeling forward to the toe.
Looks no where as spectacular as yours.

Returned to LBS, Top Brand, could not make a decision on warranty but the rep will be in Townsville next week. I expect a full credit for a new pair of whatever.

Only bought TIME because they were on sale and they match the colour scheme of the single speed.
Fortunately i really dont need new shoes, the old NIKE shoes are still serviceable. Broke one of the wire loops for the velcro strap and bodgied it up with a bit of thick wire.

Good luck with the warranty claim and I will let you know what happens here.
