I wish I had a picture of this, but it occured before digital cameras existed, not that I have one anyway. I had come accross a bike TIRE that was locked, with a kryptonite lock, to a post. No bike, no rim, no tube, just the tire. I thought to myself 'either this is a joke, or there are some damn talented thieves
