just inscase this helps im 5'1'' and a 20'' is just biarrily fitting me
with the seat up all the way on my shwinn. a 24'' is huge on me.......
if that didnt help at all i would recomend finding out by going to a
shop. your going to get different responces from everyboy.

You can always start cutting down seat tubes and seat posts. But that
can be a bit of work. Im glad the 20 fits you.🙂
