    Can you do this with different pedals or via a new BB? I have an Ultegra double on a Fuji Team.

    The Look CX7 pedals have an adjustable Q factor.

    A longer bottom bracket will affect your chainline.

    The simplest method is to place your cleats as close to the inside of your shoes as possible. If
    you've already done so, 'Knee Savers' are available that increase Q by 40mm per pair.

    Pedals and cleats, not BB. Changing the BB(from 109 to 118mm) will goon up the chainline and front

    Could get another couple millimeters with some pedal washers as well.

    Are triples significantly wider than doubles? Also, are speedplay pedals any wider than others?
