    1 lb. Scallops, thawed if necessary
    8 Pasta Shells
    1 Clove Garlic, crushed
    1 1/4 cup Whipped Cream
    1/3 cup Vermouth
    1/3 cup Water
    1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
    1 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
    1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    Salt and Black Pepper - to taste

    In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in butter (2 minutes);

    Add wine, water and bouillon granules and bring to a boil, stirring
