I've been hearing and reading about the positive health rewards to green teas, which are many. So a couple of months ago, I started drinking green teas (3-4 cups a day)to try to have better overall health. After I started drinking it, I also seemed to notice my breathing was better when I jogged, and I just started back on my bike yesterday, and again, I didnt feel like I was huffing, or getting winded like before when I kept the same pace last year.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same positive effects from drinking green tea, because I really feel like it is helping me.
