  1. There was a programme on BBC2 on Sunday which was a series of pieces
from car-mounted cameras. Just people talking about cars and driving.
Next week it continues in the same vein, but from the trailer it
    includes a cyclist with a handlebar-mounted camera. 9pm, next Sunday BBC2.

Including someone who was such an irredeemable f**kwit that he made
    Angela Lee look credible...

Choice quote (paraphrased due to failing memory): There's nothing
wrong with cars, just like there's nothing wrong with chocolate - but
if you try to live on a diet of just chocolate your gums bleed, your
teeth fall out and you die.

I decided not to comment on the f**kwittedness of some of the drivers,
but yes. It included more than one driver who emphasised concentration,
being in control, not being distracted, etc., and then showed them,
while moving, talking on a mobile, eating a sandwich with two hands,
doing a sixties dance while miming to the radio, etc.

But of course they can all be trusted to set their own safe speed in
the absence of arbitrary limits. Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.

I didn't think speed limits applied to airborne reindeer powered
    vehicles?
