    I bought a Diamondback Approach bike about 7 years ago and have never riden it. Now I want to get in to riding for exercise and enjoyment on bike trails. Is this a good bike for that?

    Any information is greatly appreciated. I'd much rather spend some money on fixing it up than buying a new one...
