and what caused it. In any case if you smoke cigarettes then you
should stop. If you are not eating lots of fruits and vegetables then
you should start. You should also limit your intake of saturated fats
and get plenty of regular exercise (aerobic and resistance training).
Methods to reduce stress such as meditation and yoga may be useful.

My question is: does clonidine lower blood pressure? Is it common
