'Carcraft' Advert!

  1. Has anyone seen the 'Carcraft' advert were it shows a family on a tandem towing a trailerbike. The
    advert seems to imply that you only own a bike because you can't afford a car. It's pre-conceptions
    like this, which feed peoples' ignorance of the value of cycling as a valuable form of transport and
    a healthier lifestyle.

    The radio versions also say that your trade-in car can be any condition and it doesn't need an MOT,
    which would be illegal if you drove it there.

    I`m sure the AA did some research on motorists perceptions of cyclists and found that contrary to
    the beliefs held by most drivers, regular cyclists tended to be better off financially by a
    substantial margin.
