I have a Specialized M2 frame with the derailleur hanger ripped off (who doesn't) and was thinking about single speeding it, but evidently when I trashed the other similar frame (the other one with the derailleur hanger ripped off) I didn't think to keep the canti brake studs. They are not metric, I've tried various bike shops, any recommendations? I guess I could call Specialized but they have a restraining order (from some disagreement about who's fault it was for making aluminum frames with no replaceable derailleur hanger, I don't quite remember all the details).

Bribe someone. Bribe them with Paypal so it's discreet. Make sure you put "Bribe for breaking restraining order surreptitiously" in the payment title.
