    HGH is a natural part of an healthy body. It IS necessary,
    especially for MEN!!
    It is a BY-product of HDL when acted upon by NIACIN! For HDl
    levels, Eat lots of > Arthropods (HDL becomes HGH..which acts upon
    the Hypothalamus which builds hormones!)
    such as Lobster, Crab (snow crab is wondeul and relatively
    inexpensive compared to
    other items. SHRIMP is a great source and is relatively cheap,
    especially "SALAD"
    shrimp! Stir-fries with veggies and shirmp go well with health!
