I'd say that's is a bit twisted.

Whatcha wanna bet if Rich's immune system was wrecked he wouldn't think it was
a good thing.
This kind of thinking shows he has not one clue as to the real feeling of a
weakened immune system.
But let's make something good of the side effects of drug, cause *organized
medicine* pushes them.
