Hi,
I want to know if I can make raspberry leaf tea in bulk, about a half
gallon, and store it in the fridge. I just want to make sure that I won't be
losing any nutrients of the tea by doing this.
Thanks,
Tonya

Hi Tonya.
If you make the tea cold, it doesn't release as many tannins, which are
astringent and antibacterial.
I imagine you won't be killing as many of the vitamins as with hot/boiling
water, though.
I've seen some info on tea or the tea bag being more potent after sitting
all night. If I find anything on raspberry, I'll let you know!
