I have been searching the web for things I can do at home to help minimize my fibromyalgia symptoms; pain, burning in my feet, numbness, insomnia and extreme fatique. Well, I am skeptical about any life forever, youth forever claims, but I am ready to try anything that may improve my quality of life as long as it is not a scam. Mr. Chiu got my curiosity because he actually shows how to make these devices. I made my rings and foot braces as per his instruction, and i am pleased to say that I had immediate improvement in my sleep and a huge decrease in muscle cramps.
