Well, Jan, the world is what it IS. It doesn't care what you or I believe.
That's just your opinion.

Ahh, now we get to your organized medicine beliefs.
They deserve a ZZzz.
Jan
This is a common problem for the anti-science crowd. They, having no knowledge but many beliefs, consider science to be a system of beliefs. And why, they ask should the scientists' beliefs be more highly valued than mine? Well, Jan, the world is what it IS. It doesn't care what you or I believe. But I care what I KNOW about that world enough to learn something about it. Science is the most effective way of knowing the truth, and is about facts, not beliefs. You may go back to your ignorant nap now.

Perhaps, but it is the assumption on which all of science is based.
That's EVIL ORGANIZED SCIENCE to you, Buster!
