My significant other was given a membership to the gym by her kids
this Mothers day. She has been going to the gym almost daily since.
I'd like for her to share her experince in a newgroup like this. Do
you have any gym/weight training groups that you suggest?

It is not a "user freindly" group, unless you have a very thick skin!
They do have some good advice tho'. You'd probably be better off using
an e-mail based group. Check Yahoo groups.
