make bc wheel?

I've heard of it done, and it is suppose to be rideable. However the
pegs have a tendency to rotate while you ride + the BC wheel would have
a higher center of gravity compared to a BC wheel with drop plates.
These two factors would make the wheel more difficult to ride then a BC
wheel with drop plates.

Have you considered using your wheel and buying just the drop plates,
that might be less expensive then buying the whole BC wheel.

I don't BC wheel but that's what I have read.

Yup. I've made on like that. I never learned to ride it, but a kid at my
juggling club did. I don't think I'll get on a BC wheel again unless it
has plates, though 🙂
