I think I'm going to have to come down to Melbourne and deal with you if
you keep quoting lyrics. I could sing most of the song but couldn't
remember who sang it. I googled and found a lovly set of 200 80's Pop
Quiz questions which of course I had to answer (and I knew a disgusting
number of them)

The answer is of course - Men without Hats

I was supposed to be doing an assignment but now instead I had to be
