I'm not a huge LANCE booster, but none of the other riders, with the exception of The Sausage Creature, has demonstrated an ability to beat him in ITT.
The only other rider who has done his homework in the wind tunnel is Tyler Hamilton. My opinion is that any rider who doesn't do their windtunnel work is at a distinct disadvantage - they could make more power and record a slower time.
The Sausage Creature had an offer to use Mercedes' wind tunnel and declined. Dude just doesn't take it that seriously.
