Yay! I chased up Kryptonite and Casson again, and just got an email
from [email hidden] - here's the guts of it:
We are pleased to let you know that we are ready to begin delivering
replacement locks to those of you who registered for the replacement
programme on the Kryptonite website.
On Saturday, 9th of July, 2005, we will have 13 staffed exchange
locations across Australia. Please come to one of these locations,
between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm, to receive either a complete
replacement lock or a replacement crossbar, with new non-tubular
cylinder, depending on the type of lock you registered for replacement.
If you are not able to get to one of these sites on the July 9th,
please send a message to [email hidden], to the attention of
Nicholas Peddar. He will make arrangements to send your replacement
item to your local motorcycle or bicycle store, for your exchange.
To receive your replacement, you must turn in your old lock and keys.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you your replacement item
without these.
