Until fairly recently, both the Shimano-Europe and USA websites had tech data, pdf manuals, etc. for much of their slightly older equipment (e.g., M505 pedals). Now I can't seem to find that information.
Does anyone know of a site for that kind of thing?

That's better except I don't speak German so well.
If you click on English, the web site comes up in English. Just the same, the exploded views are adequate in themselves without text if you are interested in such drawings.
once i found a HUB site! specs on HUBS! is there a search engine that will lay out all bicycle parts hub/whathaveyou sites? shimano visited last for a 570 deore hub spec nicely left the 570 box in but without image recall with a new model in the pipe and the 570 backlog at reduced rates. one would then expect finesse if not total deication.
