If I buy an Ultegra 9 speed cassette and a Sedis/Sram 9 speed chain
(PC970B) Then there will be no problems?

As long as the SRAM chain says "Shimano compatible" not
"Campwanknolo compatible" yes.

i use a sram 9 speed (pc 89r) and ultegra cassette..
had one case where i twisted 2 of the links..no idea how it happened but
havent had any probs since (was about 6 months ago)
