After doing a Google search, as well as looking at SourceForge, I didn't
find what I was looking for --
Is there anything out there that I can keep track of not only food and
exercise, but blood glucose readings?
I downloaded HealthKick. It looked promising, but after messing with it
all weekend, I couldn't get it to work. Fitday (web) is appreciated,
but doesn't handle "everything".
Are there any other choices? Aside from starting from scratch, of
course --

Thanks.
You can track blood glucose readings (along with exercise, weight, body
measurements, body fat percentage, etc.) in my "WeightWare" software
(http://www.WeightWare.com). To see if it meets your needs, you can
download a free, fully functional, 30-day trial version from the website.
However, if you're diabetic you may want to track blood glucose in a
separate program designed specifically for diabetics. I recall seeing some
programs like this, but can't recall the names (try Googling "diabetic
software"😉.
