I've just got my Specialized Allez with a triple chainring. I've basically got the Sora front mech adjusted o.k ish. But what I want to know is how to adjust the tension of the cable (on the front mech) so the mech doesn't make the chain jump chainrings randomly.
If anyone could give some advice much would be appreciated.
