I'm so sorry to hear that, Elaine. I know what a week in the hospital
feels like. I can't begin to imagine what you and your family are going
through. My prayers are with you.

Roasted Asparagus with garlic, rosemary & thyme (my herbs have never
grown so well!)
Cucumber & Red Onion in a mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar dressing.

and for dessert..............
Lemon Meringue Pie - this is the first time ever I've made my own
pastry. I'm not too sure about it, and won't try it 'cause I just
don't like lemon meringue pie.

So to all you people out there who still have father's here -
celebrate and spoil them, you just never know when they are not
going to be around.

Oops, sorry for the previously sent post sans message. I hope your DH feels
much better after the wonderful meal you are taking him. These are indeed
