He spat on the guy-

"Belgian rider Leif Hoste had been excluded from the race after he insulted
and spat on a security officer riding a motorbike on Thursday, and it was
feared there would be protests to have him reinstated.

briefly forced to race on public roads after a mistake in the road planning.

WTF??? Did the guy knock Hernandez down and try to take his bike, or did he
see Hernadez crash and then try to steal his ride. I hope the Swiss Police
got the [censored].
