A guy at work put me on to the www.totalcycling.com site after we were talking about probikekit. I've only had a quick look but the biggest difference seems to be they will give a VAT free price for O/S purchases which probikekit don't. Unfortunately for me they don't stock panniers which is my next big purchase.

St John St Cycles (http://www.sjscycles.com/) don't charge VAT for O/S purchases, and they have quite a few panniers. You have to contact them to find out about postage charges. Liz
