I just got some of these at Trader Joes. I kinda like the idea of
having them but I just have no idea what to do with them.

calls for marinated artichokes. i have made it by marinating the
artichokes myself, and it was yummy. (runs to cookbook shelf) "pasta
with marinated artichokes". yum. i like to add mushrooms and olives too.
my mom used to make it that way, and we called it "yummy stuff". 🙂sauce for 1/2 lb. pasta (easily doubled)
6 oz Jar Marinated artichoke
-Hearts
1 tb olive oil
1 tb Unsalted butter
1 c Chopped onion
1 ts Dried Basil
1/2 c Sour Cream
1/2 c Cottage Cheese
salt And Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
parmesan CheeseDrain the liquid from the marinated artichoke hearts into a skillet.
Slice the drained hearts into bite-sized pieces. Add the olive oil and
butter to the drained-off marinade in the skillet. Heat this mixture, add
the onions and saute them until soft (5-8 minutes). Add the artichoke
hearts and basil. Saute 3-5 more minutes. Remove from heat, stir in
remaining ingredients and serve over 1/2 pound pasta.--

Make a warm dip. Use about 1 c mayo, chopped frozen artichoke hearts,
parmesean cheese, a can of crabmeat if you like it, and some
seasonings. I don't have an exact recipe (my sister makes the dip but I
know what goes into it). Maybe someone has the recipe, or you can
google it.
