Not all x86 boxes are PCs, certain Sequent products being an extreme example.

Hmm, I had a polite one on Friday evening too. Pulled out of a queue of traffic into a bus lane in front of me without looking causing me to brake hard to avoid a collision. At the next set of lights I stopped and politely[1] suggested he pay a bit more attention to which he was terribly apologetic and non the least defensive.
Even tooted his horn and waved in a friendly way when he overtook me a little later.

Only yesterday a woman coming out of a side road made a determined effort to deck me: I wagged a finger at her, and slid past. She pulled up alongside at the next junction: I was expecting "That was your fault, that was", but got "I'm *so* sorry..."
