I recently bought a couple bottles each of the Onion Liquid Spice and
Garlic Liquid Spice. They were an impulse purchase and I haven't figured
out how or where I'm going to use them. There aren't any instructions on
the bottles regarding equivalents, like how many teaspoons would replace a
clove of garlic, etc.

I guess they just figure people will use them to taste, but I agree that
it would be helpful if they spelled out equivalents.

The website posted at the beginning of this thread does say to use as you
would the dried spices. I think 1/4 tsp of garlic powder is supposed to
equal a clove, but now I need to find out how much onion powder would be
equivalent to an onion. I never use the powders. :-)
