It's not easy to get the info from supplement makers, but from the
three who responded when this question was raised here a while ago:
chewable supplement tablets either use sugar (calories) or aspartame
(no calories) to sweeten them, and they should say which under non-
medicinal ingredients. Natural Factors as you might expect uses
natural sugar - about 2 g per tablet - 8 calories. Non-chewable
supplements seem to not have any significant calories.
