If I were to buy a US Postal team jersey, it might revive the term "Snail Mail".

OK, back to your helm*t wars... BS
PS: Also chatted with a one-legged rider at a rest stop (Swami's for those who know SD coastal). He had a very cool prosthetic leg with a US flag bandana-type thing wrapped around its base, and a heavy Aussie accent. Friendly guy; sunburned shoulders... (I didn't mind my little aches and pains quite so much on ride home.)
PPS: I did catch the USP kitted rider, and he had a SUSPENSION SEATPOST! Blew the whole image into Fabrizoeens...

Speaking of Memorial Day....I marched with the League of Women Voters in our town Memorial day parade....they wouldn't let me ride my bike. (They wouldn't let me ride in the car either.) The kids on the sidelines riding their bikes were a pain in the ass.
It's nice that they want to ride their bikes beside the parade, but they could at least watch where they hell they are going. There are some people walking in that parade that are pushing 100. (no joke) People live long around here. I think it has something to do with the pollution. Yesterday I was not a fan of bicycles. Especially the ones with pre teens and teens on them.
